How Do You Promote Your Beloved Blogs and Your Dogs?
Lately I’m administering quite a few blogs to advertise my own website, almost all the blogs on which I chose to work were based on wordpress, as we all know that WordPress is ideal for almost all kinds of blogging needs, people even use it as CMS, together with Open Source License make the WordPress the fastest growing blogging platform ever.
After a while I believed that build my own blogs will be more beneficial, because then I can use established and fully owned blogs to advertise other websites, and I think its not a patentable idea, there are a lot of blog networks out there doing just that, but those are not my own sites and I don’t have control, and I have no way to post to those blogs, its easy to understand that the price on those networks won’t be cheap.
Its a tedious job to maintain more than a few blogs, if you’re not going to just put spams on them,to write interesting content is always time consuming, you have to put in time and money to build a successful blog. I’ve seen quite a few real world examples, such as this one, Truck Tie Down Straps, it has a nice name, and it has a lot of interesting posts, without a clear theme, almost any interesting posts get posted on it. Here is another one, Cargo Control World, this blog is themed, all posts are following the same theme, quite a few keywords rank well for this site. there are more sites like these out there, but I believe you get the idea. One more important point, in your little net you should have some loose blogs, put some random content on those blogs occasionally, such as this blog, Eye Bolt For Us, doing this right you will have a natural blogging networks.
When you already have a few interesting blogs, you can try to build a few more, use the old ones to promote the new ones, this way you get your little blog network rolling. It sounds pretty simple, but to build a successful network will be much more complicated, there’s one thing you do have to remember is that don’t ruin your hard work just because you want to cut a few corners.
